Jim Rendon is a long time magazine writer who directs our Philanthropy & Nonprofit Accountability Fellowship program who leads the Chronicle’s coverage of philanthropic outcomes.
Prior to joining the Chronicle in 2019, he freelanced for over a decade for the New York Times, the Washington Post Magazine, Mother Jones, Marie Claire, Outside, SmartMoney, the Wall Street Journal, and other publications.
